It’s mid winter now and I find myself backlogged with lots of sweet, fall family shoots. I finally have some time to breathe and share these shoots with you all! This was my first time getting to work with this sweet new family and I hope it’s not the last. I love when families reach out to me and have fun, playful kids and are able to go with the flow of wildness at a shoot! I probably encouraged it by telling the boys they don’t have to sit still and smile, they can get right into those piles of leaves and play. To me, it makes for a way better shoot when kids aren’t too stifled and told to be still and smile.
They listened and had so much fun! What good are piles of leaves with no one to jump in them??
