I know I’ve said this before, but I love getting to photograph the same family for years and years. This is one of those families! We shot their wedding in Nevada a long time ago and have been meeting up with them in California every year since. We got the watch them go from a couple about to get married, to pregnant, to parents.. twice!
This year we shot at Victoria Beach in Laguna, California and it was such an adventure.. the sun was blaring (not the missty morning beach fog I was hoping for), kids were wild and the waves were out of control. At one point we all got blasted bad (like almost pinned up against a rock wall with a fast wave to our thighs in seconds) and we all went screaming and running. I added that photo in there because EVERY time I look at it it cracks me up!
My kids and Grayson came along and we all got to play at the beach after the shoot. We were all soaked anyway, haha! A side note, Daniel has a full sleeve of snapshot images through out his life and about 2 or 3 of them are photos I took, which is so cool!!
