This is the second birth I have shot for this awesome woman, who happens to be one of my best friends. The first one I shot of hers was the first one I ever shot. I was hooked the second I took my first birth photo on that Christmas Eve night.
This was the birth of her 4th child and was so similar to her 3rd. She seems to feel nothing until pushing, which is mind blowing to me! The birth went perfectly and Maggie was born quickly in the water. She’s healthy and amazing!
The next morning I came over with my kids to meet her and it was a mad house. Between us we have 7 small kids (her oldest is 5 and my oldest is 4), but somehow it felt just right!
